As a Dispense Quality Specialist, you will play a key role in maintaining our Intelligent Dispense systems to ensure the highest standards of beer quality in our pubs, while supporting our teams with expert guidance on hygiene and cellar best practice. You'll work on scheduled visits, preventative maintenance and hands‑on technical support to keep our pubs pouring perfectly every day. This role covers Stoke On Trent (Field Based).

Responsibilities

  • Complete scheduled hygiene and customer engagement visits, championing outstanding cellar and hygiene standards.
  • Carry out preventative maintenance on Greene King Intelligent Dispense systems and related equipment to ensure top-quality beer dispense.
  • Diagnose and fix technical issues during visits, feeding insights back to support continuous improvement.
  • Calibrate the system to ensure accurate volume reporting, correct dispense temperatures and optimal equipment performance.
  • Engage retail teams with training and support to improve knowledge, confidence and consistency.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Technical skills or experience working with dispense systems, maintenance or similar equipment.
  • A passion for delivering great beer quality and maintaining high standards.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to diagnose technical issues effectively.
  • Great communication skills with the confidence to coach and support pub teams.
  • A proactive, organised approach with good attention to detail.
