Job Description
Key Responsibilities- Provide a friendly and professional service to guests during the night shift.
- Assist with late check-ins and early check-outs when required.
- Respond to guest requests promptly.
- Carry out regular security and safety checks around the hotel.
- Ensure public areas remain clean and tidy throughout the night.
- Set up meeting rooms or breakfast areas for the following day.
- Monitor entrances and ensure only authorised access to the hotel.
- Handle guest enquiries and resolve minor issues during the night shift.
- Report maintenance issues or incidents to the duty manager.
- Willingness to learn and expand your skills.
- Have a great eye for detail, making sure every pint is poured to perfection.
