As an SEO Manager, you will grow Greene King’s search visibility across our portfolio of brands while driving commercial performance through day‑to‑day ownership of our SEO programme. You’ll work with internal and external partners to deliver best‑practice SEO that increases traffic, engagement and conversions.
As SEO Manager, you will…
- Lead and develop SEO and GEO strategies to increase visibility, traffic and sales across Greene King brands
- Provide actionable reporting and insight that connects SEO performance to commercial outcomes
- Manage the SEO Consultant, SEO Executive and cross‑functional teams to deliver clear, effective SEO initiatives
- Own all aspects of Technical SEO including audits, implementation, and issue resolution
- Develop data‑driven content plans informed by keyword research and work with marketing, merchandising and copy teams to publish high‑impact content
What you’ll bring…
- A proven track record of delivering complex SEO strategies collaboratively with digital teams and senior stakeholders
- Deep specialist knowledge of SEO and GEO best practices, ranking factors and search engine algorithms
- Strong analytical skills with confidence using GA, Excel and SEO tools to generate meaningful insights
- Ability to communicate SEO performance and concepts clearly to non‑technical audiences
- Experience with tools such as GSC, Screaming Frog, Yext, SEMrush, and familiarity with emerging LLM/AI search ecosystems
