- Proven experience as a General Manager running a large, high-volume or high-turnover site.
- A strong commercial mindset and demonstrable experience of driving sales and profitability.
- The confidence to lead a large team and manage a complex operation.
- A track record of developing people and building high-performing teams.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- High standards and exceptional attention to detail.
- The ability to spot opportunities and turn ideas into commercial results.
- Energy, ambition and a genuine passion for hospitality.
