As a Sales Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in providing the best brands and support to our Free Trade accounts across South Yorkshire. Whether you are supporting existing customers, identifying opportunities, or driving additional sales, you will make important differences to your region.
Your role as a Sales Development Manager:
- Drive continuous distribution growth into the South Yorkshire region, capitalising on the desire by customers to change their portfolio offering to suit the speed of change in the On Trade marketplace.
- Develop a strong business relationship that results in long term loyalty.
- Manage your territory to maximise potential for Greene King in terms of P&L, whilst still providing the required level of service for every customer.
- Journey planning, both physically and virtually, is key in order to implement bespoke propositions to each customer.
Qualifications:
- Experience as a Sales Manager with the ability to take ownership.
- Strong commercial skills, allowing you to maximise profitability.
- High level ability in data and financial analysis to plan and implement effectively.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- On trade experience is advantageous.
