THIS ROLE IS A 12 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT
The purpose of the role is to provide management and ongoing innovation of the HR systems to meet business needs. This will be done by working closely with the wider People System team as well as engaging the key business stakeholders.
QualificationsYour role as People Systems Functional Manager.
- The key relationships within HR Shared Services, with be Head of Shared Services, Workday Functional Leads, SMEs, Change Manager to coordinate the comms to the wider business.
- This role will engage with Reward Team, Payroll, Policy Manager, Internal Audit, Divisional HR Directors.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define goals, objectives and success criteria.
- Working with the business teams to educate them on the innovation and changes available within Workday to enhance business processes.
- Management of CI activities requested for Workday from the business.
- Produce a clearly defined roadmap for relevant functional component of Workday.
- Accountable for the AMS partner workload.
- Understand our customers' needs.
- Challenge the way in which things are done and able to identify improvements.
- Clear communicator.
- Build strong relationships.
- Take in information quickly and accurately and work independently to propose solutions.
- Attention to detail.
- Actively seek feedback and personal reflection.
- Deliver within agreed SLAs.
