What’s the opportunity?

As a Driver Dray, you’ll be responsible for making safe, reliable and efficient multi-drop deliveries to our pubs. It’s a hands-on role that combines driving, customer service and teamwork – and no two days are exactly the same.

  • Safely load, transport and unload goods at our pub sites.
  • Complete multi-drop deliveries while providing a friendly, professional and customer-focused service.
  • Accurately check goods and deliveries to make sure everything reaches the right place.
  • Handle products and materials safely and efficiently, including manual handling.
  • Build positive relationships with our pub teams and be a great ambassador for Greene King.
  • Follow all relevant legislation, health and safety requirements and company procedures.
  • Work closely with your colleagues to deliver great service and achieve team KPIs.
  • Help keep our pubs stocked and ready to welcome their customers.

What we're looking for

We’re looking for someone who is reliable, hardworking and enjoys being out on the road and meeting people. You’ll ideally have:

  • A clean, current UK Class C driving licence as a minimum.
  • A valid Digital Tachograph (Digi Tacho) card.
  • A valid Driver CPC.
  • Previous experience in a multi-drop delivery or customer-facing driving role is desirable.
  • A genuine commitment to providing great customer service.
  • The fitness and ability to carry out the physical and manual elements of the role safely.
  • Good communication skills and a friendly, professional approach.
  • The ability to work independently while also being a great team player.
  • A reliable, self-motivated and positive attitude.
