The predicted salary is between 12 - 16 £ per hour.
As a Night Porter, you will provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit. You will be the first point of contact for late arrival check-ins and walk-ins. Ensuring guest and business safety and security is a top priority at all times. In the event of a fire, you will evacuate all guests and team from the business safely and quickly. You will answer telephone enquiries and deal with customer complaints to ensure everyone enjoys their stay.
Your responsibilities include:
- Setting up and preparing for functions and meetings in our 2 function rooms.
- Setting up the resident breakfast room.
- Cleaning the guest area front of house to ensure the first guests to come down for breakfast are met with sparkling facilities.
A typical shift starts at 11.15pm and finishes at 6.15am.
