Urban Heritage is looking for an Apprentice Chef to join their busy pub kitchen. You will learn to plan, prepare, cook and present dishes while maintaining high hygiene and safety standards. You will work closely with a mentor and attend four masterclasses as part of the Chef Academy.
You’ll gain practical experience through work-based training, with support to obtain English and Maths Functional Skills and regular reviews with your Line Manager and Coach.
