As a Marketing Executive, you’ll play an important role in bringing these unique stories and experiences to life. Supporting the team to drive profitable sales growth and increase market share, you’ll identify opportunities and deliver marketing initiatives aligned to the brand proposition, vision and commercial objectives. Working closely with the Marketing Manager, you’ll help shape, deliver and evaluate short and medium-term marketing plans designed to create compelling guest experiences, drive customer acquisition, encourage repeat visits and increase spend per head across the Urban & Heritage estate.
This is a hybrid role, primarily based in our Maple Leaf, Covent Garden office in London, with regular travel to our Burton office approximately once a week, alongside visits to pubs across the estate as required.
Your role as Marketing Executive
- To support the delivery of the annual brand plan & the marketing activity plan - working to deliver tactical promotional campaigns and engaging with the Operations team and other key business areas to successfully launch all activity.
- To work alongside the internal digital marketing team to deliver the brand’s digital activation including working on brand social media and email activity.
- To work alongside internal and external colleagues such as marketing & print agencies / food development / purchasing / drinks category teams – managing a range of projects effectively to ensure key activity is executed to plan and on time.
- Know the competition, with regular reviews and visits to competitors’ sites, reporting back on learnings and any actions to be taken.
- Stretch to assist other brands within the Division as part of the teams flexible working to ensure key priorities are met when required.
- Manage brand administration including budgeting, purchase orders & stock management.
- Key liaison with our Guests Services team for the brand queries and enquiries from Guests.
