As a Chef & Brewer Area Manager you will have pride ownership and a genuine connection with the brand, your team, and the pubs in your area. Day to day you are accountable for strategically leading and coaching your team to deliver a consistently great brand aligned guest experience to make your area an essential part of Britain's most loved country pub collection. You understand what is expected of you and you are focused on driving business results and being commercially aware.
Alongside this, you spend valuable time with your team in your pubs where you build great relationships and set the foundations for your team to thrive. This role will have sites situated in the North West of the UK including our Flagship site The Victoria based in Anglesey.
Qualifications
- You are compliant, always ensuring that your area lands things right first time.
- You strive to deliver excellent results having full ownership and accountability for a balanced dartboard and P&L for your area.
- You drive performance in your area, following the business cycle ensuring all your General Managers have a pub visit business review and check-in as a minimum every cycle.
- You are comfortable analysing data, gaining insights, and creating action plans to improve performance in your area.
- You ensure all your area is safe, legal, and clean at all times, mitigating any risks and taking decisive action where needed.
- You ensure all health and safety training is completed in your area as a priority.
- You take calculated risks to drive the performance of your area.
- You build relationships with your Operations Manager and the wider Area Manager and support teams to ensure you and your area always get the best level of support and expertise.
- You can work remotely and plan and prioritise your own workload and time, being agile in changing situations.
