As a Transport Team Leader you will ensure our customers receive best-in-class service from your team and manage day-to-day operational activities within the transport department.
Responsibilities
- Have line management responsibility
- Strategically deploy resources to ensure maximum service levels adherence with minimal cost impact
- Ensure company procedures are adhered to at all times
- Conduct formal personal development reviews with regular 1-1 meetings creating and reviewing development plans
