As a Programme Manager in Greene King's Group Planning and Delivery team, you'll lead high-impact programmes and projects that turn strategy into action. Working with teams across the business, you'll shape clear plans, align stakeholders, and drive delivery of complex, commercially focused change, ensuring we deliver the right outcomes, in the right way at pace.

You'll bring strong governance, data-led reporting and financial oversight to manage risk, track performance and realise benefits. A key focus area for the role will be to embed sustainable people, process and technology change into business-as-usual, in addition to maximising return on our investments, working towards the delivery of our strategic goals.
