As a Media Insight Analyst, you will uncover actionable insights from campaign performance to improve ROI and drive £15m in sales growth. You’ll work closely with marketing and finance teams to optimise media spend and deliver data-driven recommendations.
As Media Insight Analyst, you will…
- Analyse campaign performance across paid and organic channels to identify optimisation opportunities
- Develop and maintain cross-channel media reporting and dashboards for stakeholders
- Support A/B testing and test-and-learn programmes to improve campaign effectiveness
- Deliver insights on paid investment impact to achieve ROI improvement targets
- Collaborate with finance and digital analytics teams to ensure robust reporting and alignment
What you’ll bring…
- Proven experience in media or marketing analytics within a multi-channel environment
- Strong understanding of media metrics (CPM, CTR, CPA, ROAS) and campaign performance drivers
- Proficiency with tools such as GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Looker Studio or Power BI
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations
- Experience with attribution modelling or media mix modelling (desirable)
