As a Franchise Business Development Manager, you will be an important role in working with our Partners to drive sustainability and growth in their area by achieving and exceeding area profitability. This role requires an individual who can build and maintain great relationships, add value to our Partners through their commercial acumen, and use their tenacity, resilience and influencing skills to deliver action.
Your role as Franchise Business Development Manager:
- Recruit the best: Develop and maintain a network to bring top talent into Greene King, championing our franchise concept and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
- Partner for Success: Collaborate closely with our self-employed Partner Operators, helping them craft and execute growth strategies within our Partnership framework.
- Drive Performance: Achieve brilliant commercial results through regular business reviews, pub visits, and team meetings.
- Manage with Precision: Oversee Partner contractual obligations, taking swift and decisive action when needed to ensure smooth operations.
