Your role as a CRM Executive involves working in conjunction with your brand partners to deliver a programme of compelling email campaigns. You will use your knowledge of segmentation, targeting, and content creation to deliver the right message to the right audience, utilising your strong campaign management skills.
Key responsibilities include:
- Adopting best practice techniques to brief, build, proof, test, QA, and commission campaigns within the email platform at pace and to a high standard across devices.
- Championing and implementing a CRM A/B testing approach.
- Ensuring campaigns are correctly briefed and that they are GDPR/PECR compliant.
- Analysing existing customer behaviours and identifying key customer moments when CRM communications should be executed.
What you will bring:
- A creative flair and commercial acumen to drive campaign planning to achieve your KPIs of database growth and customer engagement.
- The ability to build brilliant relationships with business divisions, support teams, and 3rd party suppliers.
- A 'can do' attitude, as we are a busy team.
- Proficiency in email-based campaign platforms; Braze platform experience is desirable but not essential.

As CRM Executive, you will take ownership of the planning and execution of CRM campaigns and implement test and learn plans for optimising campaign performance and improving customer KPIs. The role will focus on email communications, including briefing, campaign setup, audience selection, proofing, and campaign performance analysis using pre-existing templates. You will also take ownership of the development and optimisation of automated lifecycle email marketing campaigns. As we further develop our customer engagement and data strategy, you will support the delivery of new communication channels, such as app and push notifications.
