We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our Technology function. This role is critical to delivering Greene King’s Digital ambitions. As a Scrum Master, you will facilitate Agile processes, coach teams on Scrum principles, and enable smooth, predictable delivery while fostering continuous improvement. Sprint Facilitation Facilitate all Scrum events (Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives) and support ongoing Backlog Refinement. Work closely with development teams, Delivery Managers, Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure clear Sprint Goals and effective sprint execution. Coach teams on Agile and Scrum best practices, promoting self‑organisation, accountability and a focus on value delivery. Identify and manage dependencies early, ensuring they are visible and actively addressed. Remove impediments by working with the right stakeholders to resolve blockers quickly. Support teams in realistic Sprint commitments through effective capacity discussions. Monitor key delivery metrics (velocity, burn-down, cycle time) to support predictability and performance. Drive continuous improvement by helping teams evolve their ways of working. Backlog
