As a Learning Partner, you will drive the learning agenda across Greene King Pub Company, ensuring our teams have the skills, knowledge and behaviours to succeed. You will partner with stakeholders across the business to embed impactful learning solutions that support operational excellence and continuous development. This is a field-based role.
As a Learning Partner, you will…
- Partner with business leaders and HR teams to identify learning needs and shape impactful development solutions.
- Support the rollout and adoption of learning initiatives that build capability across pubs and support functions.
- Lead and contribute to large-scale learning projects and support business change programmes.
- Measure the effectiveness of learning through data, feedback and performance outcomes to drive continuous improvement.
- Champion a culture of continuous learning, promoting development opportunities and career growth across the business.
What you’ll bring…
- Experience in learning and development within a multi-site, hospitality or retail environment.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
- Confidence in facilitating engaging and impactful learning sessions when required.
- Analytical mindset, using data and insights to evaluate and improve learning effectiveness.
- Experience supporting learning initiatives linked to business change and operational performance.
