The Testwood in Totton is seeking an experienced Head Chef / Kitchen Manager to lead the kitchen, drive menu quality and manage the team. This role is based at The Testwood, a welcoming pub just outside Southampton, operated by Greene King.
You'll be responsible for day-to-day kitchen operations, stock control, food safety and delivering a great customer dining experience, while developing staff and maintaining high standards in a busy pub environment.
