As a Kitchen Team Leader youll lead by example making sure the team have everything they need so service runs like clockwork! Youll support your team by encouraging and helping them to work well together ensuring every dish served is of the highest standards.

As a Kitchen Team Leader you will
- Prepare cook and present food that meets specs and customer expectations.
- Maintain hygiene levels and safety regulations in the kitchen to help guarantee the safety of your entire team and visitors.
- Deputise for the management team and resolve any issues that arise in their absence.
