We are currently seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager to lead our highly passionate kitchen team in the picturesque borders town of Peebles. The ideal candidate should possess a strong focus on people development, with a keen understanding of working to specifications. Additionally, experience in completing and effectively communicating stock results to the team is highly desirable. As a Kitchen Manager, you will:

  • Take the reins in the kitchen, whether you are making decisions or coming up with fresh ways to help the team run better together.
