Job Description
As a Kitchen Manager, you\’ll lead by example making sure the team have everything they need so service runs like clockwork! You\’ll support your team by encouraging and helping them to work well together, ensuring every dish served is of the highest standards. The Newnham Court Inn is a 60/40 food led business with 250 seat capacity. We are looking for a great leader that can develop and run our already established kitchen team.
Qualifications
As a Kitchen Manager, you will…
- Prepare, cook, and present food that meets specs and customer expectations.
- Maintain hygiene levels and safety regulations in the kitchen to help guarantee the safety of your entire team and visitors.
- Deputise for the management team and resolve any issues that arise in their absence.
- Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy service, making sure everything runs like clockwork.
