Responsibilities

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each visit
• Deputise for the management team and resolve issues in their absence
• Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy shift, keeping operations smooth
• Ensure the bar is safe, legal, and clean, dealing with any issues quickly and safely
