Greene King is seeking a Team Leader for one of our Chef & Brewer pubs. You will lead by example, ensuring the team has what they need to run the shift smoothly, while maintaining high standards and keeping customers happy.
You will deputise for the management team, organise and coordinate staff during busy periods, and ensure the bar remains safe, legal and clean. A positive, can-do attitude and team-spirit are essential for success in this role.
