As a Night Porter, you will:
- Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit.
- Be the first point of contact for any late arrival check-ins and walk-ins.
- Ensure guest and business safety, and security is top priority at all times.
- In the event of a fire, evacuate all guests and team from the business safely and quickly.
- Answer telephone enquiries and deal with customer complaints to ensure everyone enjoys their stay.
- Complete night-time tasks in the hotel and pub.
