As a Night Porter, you’ll be key to creating unforgettable moments for guests, whether you’re checking in a guest or recommending the perfect drink to a customer after a long day, you’ll keep the good times flowing. You’ll be joining a fun and inclusive team, where you can grow and strengthen your skills and experience. This is a job that requires lone working and a base level of H&S training and Fire Evacuation knowledge. You will also be required to do base level maintenance such as painting and handy work. **Due to the nature of this role OVER 18\’s are preferred.**
Shifts will be 11pm start on the day and 7am finish the following day. 7.5 hour shifts.
Position 1: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday
Position 2: Friday, Saturday & Sunday

Qualifications
As a Night Porter, you will…
- Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit.
- Meet and greet our customers and check them into their hotel room upon arrival.
- Answer telephone enquiries and deal with customer complaints to ensure everyone enjoys their stay.
- Make sure the front of house is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible.
