Night Porter role. Working 2 nights out of 7. Duties include looking after guests, security and cleaning. As a night porter you are the sole person in charge of the business throughout the night.

Qualifications & Responsibilities
- Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit.
- Meet and greet our customers and check them into their hotel room upon arrival.
- Answer telephone enquiries and deal with customer complaints to ensure everyone enjoys their stay.
- Make sure the front of house is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible.
