As Hotel Staff, you’ll be key to creating unforgettable moments for customers, whether you’re checking in a guest or recommending the perfect drink to a customer after a long day. You’ll keep the good times flowing and be part of a fun and inclusive team where you can grow and strengthen your skills and experience. We are looking for a 3 day per week Night Porter with the potential to work in other areas of the business.
Responsibilities
- Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit.
- Meet and greet customers and check them into their hotel room upon arrival.
- Answer telephone enquiries and deal with customer complaints to ensure everyone enjoys their stay.
- Make sure the front of house is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible.
