Qualifications What you\’ll do as a General Manager… Collaborate with your business development manager and management team to grow pub sales. Lead by example and bring our brand to life through your team, delivering exceptional experiences for customers. Recruit and develop your team to ensure they have the knowledge to delight our customers. Champion brand standards and ensure customer and team safety at all times. Please note that if successful, you will need to already have or be able to acquire a personal license. What you\’ll bring… High standards and attention to detail in all aspects of pub management. Excellent communication and leadership skills; great with people. Business acumen, with a keen eye for P&L control. Ability to embrace individuality, care for others, your pub, and the environment. Previous success at General Manager level is desirable, from hospitality, retail, or other fast-paced backgrounds; a positive attitude and outlook are essential.
