Qualifications
Your role as Finance Analyst you will be working with the Operations teams and the Business Partner to ensure that all planning, analysis and reporting is completed to a high level with succinct and actionable outputs
You will be responsible for:
-All budgeting, forecasting and weekly metrics creation and analysis
-First point of contact between the Operations business teams and Finance
-Attendance at all weekly, monthly and ad hoc operations meetings to communicate performance and to drive actionable change off of the back of the numbers
-Monthly board pack updates
-Weekly KPI communication with actions
-Ad hoc analysis to drive Operational Excellence
-Understand and communicate all variances to the Finance and Ops Managers and to ensure that change happens to rectify issues or capture opportunities
-Drive cost out of the business by understanding waste and being able to relate this to how we operate in both finance and operations
-Ensure governance in key areas both in finance and operations to minimise risks and to ensure all team members are adhering to financial processes
-Creation and review of key standard operating procedures and training documentation -Business partnering operations managers and the Finance Business Partner
