As a Scrum Master, you will help our technology teams deliver high‑quality, user‑focused digital products that enhance the Greene King pub experience, working closely with teams to drive clarity, collaboration and smooth delivery. Each day you’ll support sprint execution, enable great teamwork, and ensure we’re building solutions that truly make a difference.
As Scrum Master, you will…
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and support teams with effective sprint planning and backlog refinement.
- Coach teams on Agile best practice, bringing focus, accountability and continuous improvement.
- Remove delivery blockers and manage dependencies to keep teams moving smoothly.
- Monitor delivery metrics to support predictability and transparent progress.
- Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to maintain a clear, prioritised backlog.
- Promote healthy team pace, ensuring alignment with sprint goals and value delivery.
What you’ll bring…
- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum, ideally supported by formal certifications.
