Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver drinks quality and perfect‑serve standards across all managed pub brands and formats.
  • Work cross‑functionally with trading, operations, brand and technical teams to improve customer satisfaction and commercial performance.
  • Partner with strategic drinks suppliers to develop quality initiatives, training programmes and engaging incentives.
  • Design and deliver structured training, onboarding and refresher content across all beverage categories.
  • Use insight, audits and customer feedback to continuously improve drinks quality, consistency and standards.

As a Drinks Excellence Manager, you will lead the delivery of outstanding drinks quality and perfect‑serve standards across our managed pub estate, ensuring every guest enjoys a consistently great experience. You’ll work closely with trading, operations, suppliers and training teams to embed quality, capability and innovation at scale.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge across beer, wine, spirits, cocktails and non‑alcoholic drinks.
  • Experience working in multi‑site hospitality, ideally with a background in bar or pub management.
  • A passion for drinks quality, education and creating brilliant customer experiences.
  • Strong influencing, stakeholder management and presentation skills, with confidence delivering training.
  • Commercial awareness, with the ability to improve quality while supporting profitable sales growth.
