As a Divisional Operations Comms Partner you will serve as the Business Partner for Divisional Operations Communications, this role is the primary partner for 2 x Business Unit Directors and plays the role of their key partner in all brand activity planning and communications. You will influence brand strategies for the year, alongside remaining within the central ATC process.

Job Description
This role is a Manager (M2) Salary Band.
In your role as Divisional Operations Comms Partner you will:
- Business partner with two BUDs and their OMs.
- Work with two brand leadership teams to ensure strategies are delivered by our ops teams to our guests.
- Coach central, divisional and brand teams so that they can take ownership for the effective communication of their activity to our pub teams.
- Lead on the production of 6 weekly engaging Teams Live Events for the aligned brand(s).
- Overall owner and gatekeeper of our comms channels - Vault, Kingdom, Teams Lives, What’s The Buzz, BDM Roundup for the aligned brand(s).
- Support ops with new comms and collaboration tech.
- Collaborate with the wider ops comms teams for consistency and efficiency.
