- Plan and deliver digital projects, creating detailed scope, timelines, milestones and deliverables.
- Collaborate across functions to keep stakeholders engaged and foster a high-performing project team.
- Manage change processes to ensure smooth transition of projects into business-as-usual.
- Analyse data and track KPIs to measure project success and mitigate risks proactively.
- Maintain governance frameworks and ensure compliance throughout project delivery.
