Qualifications
As Digital Business Analyst, you will:
- Lead business analysis activities for digital projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Gather and validate requirements from a wide range of stakeholders using best-practice techniques.
- Own and document the requirements, business and system processes accurately.
- Collaborate with product teams and third-party vendors to design and deliver world-class solutions.
- Build strong relationships across IT and the wider business to ensure successful delivery.
