You will be responsible for the delivery of integrated campaigns for a specific brand/formats. The activation of campaigns will require an omnichannel approach, ensure they are stand-out campaigns, and manage an 18-month Marketing and Campaign calendar to deliver customer acquisition aligned with the brands/formats’ growth plans. Execution is at both local and national levels with trading responsiveness.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute an 18-month integrated campaign calendar and associated budget informed by performance, brand needs, and customer insights.
- Lead and manage a team to develop and execute creative, stand-out national campaigns aligned with the Brand essence and commercial goals within an integrated Marketing calendar.
- Ensure campaigns deliver clear ROI and generate impactful customer and financial outcomes (fewer, bigger, better campaigns).
- Create brand/format-led campaign strategies to drive growth across the marketing funnel (awareness, consideration, usage) to deliver customer acquisition and commercial growth targets.
- Define campaigns that deliver business targets for digital transformation, including database growth, bookings adoption, and app usage/download targets.
- Build a holistic view of performance and ROI of national campaigns using planning & performance insights, embedding robust learnings reviews to improve future campaigns.
- Embed divisional marketing processes to deliver effective and efficient outcomes and ensure adherence to centrally set processes (e.g., engaging agencies).
- Lead capital investment marketing and campaigns by working with cross-functional teams to create an efficient, templated investment plan with right-first-time execution.
- Support the Operations team to deliver ROI targets on all investments.
- Partner with Central Digital teams to drive channel/transformation objectives with a digital-first mentality and a rigorous test-and-learn program, reducing costs, delivering digital targets, and improving lead times (including print).
- Deliver day-to-day execution of the Brand proposition, implementation and monitoring of current and new Greene King pub formats alongside the Head of Brand and Brand Lead, delivering roadmap activation and testing.
- Align the implementation plan with commercial managers to promote food & drinks ranges across Brand/format to deliver commercial impact and drive guest visits and spend—on brand and profitable.
- Support the Senior Brand & Marketing and commercial team to build a brand with strong ROI in terms of performance, cash margin (strong sales growth in food and drink), volume growth, and brand awareness.
- Support the development of a high-performing team with development and succession planning for team members.
