The Night Porter ensures guests receive excellent service during overnight hours while maintaining the security and cleanliness of the property. Duties include assisting guests, handling late check-ins and early check-outs, monitoring the premises, and supporting housekeeping or maintenance tasks as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests during night shifts
- Handle late arrivals and early departures
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest enquiries
- Monitor hotel security and conduct regular patrols
