As a Customer Sales Representative, you’ll be responsible for maximising sales performance whilst fostering strong relationships with our valued customers. You will have the exciting opportunity to lead in managing key client interactions, providing quick services and maintaining customer excellence.

Working hours - 24 hours across 4 days (6 hours per day). Preferably Tuesday - Friday.

Your role as a Customer Sales Representative:

  • Make outbound calls to customers for accurate order-taking according to schedule.
  • Handle incoming calls promptly and efficiently, providing exceptional customer care.
  • Achieve targets by capitalising on orders, promotions, and maintaining polite and prompt customer responses.
  • Contribute to effective operations through administrative tasks, supporting colleagues, and engaging in account prospecting for new customers.

Greene King supports agile working which means you would be welcome to work from home for up to 2 days per week after training.

Qualifications:

  • Strong computer skills, including experience in Excel and Outlook.
