As a Customer Sales Representative, you’ll be responsible for maximising sales performance whilst fostering strong relationships with our valued customers. You will have the exciting opportunity to lead in managing key client interactions, providing quick services maintaining customer excellence.
This role is offered on a fixed term contract basis for 12 months. Working hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm (35 hours per week).
Your role as a Customer Sales Representative includes:
- Making outbound calls to customers for accurate order-taking according to schedule.
- Handling incoming calls promptly and efficiently, providing exceptional customer care.
- Achieving targets by capitalising on orders, promotions, and maintaining polite and prompt customer responses.
- Contributing to effective operations through administrative tasks, supporting colleagues, and engaging in account prospecting for new customers.
Greene King supports agile working which means you would be welcome to work from home for up to 2 days per week after training.
