As a Customer Relations Advisor you will deliver first-class customer service in a fast-paced work environment, efficiently handling and resolving enquiries and complaints via a variety of platforms, including telephone, web, chat, email and social media forums.

Job Description

Your role as Customer Relations Advisor

To be able to handle a large variety of customer enquiries and complaints from first contact through to escalation, where necessary

Manage large amounts of customer telephone calls and web contact forms whilst maintaining thorough and accurate customer records

  • Keep sensitive customer data and financial records private and confidential, and to be aware of the data protection legislation
