Job Description

Please note that this is a 4 month FTC.

Your role as Customer Relations Advisor:

  • To be able to handle a large variety of customer enquiries and complaints from first contact through to escalation, where necessary.
  • Manage large amounts of customer telephone calls and web contact forms whilst maintaining thorough and accurate customer records.
  • Keep sensitive customer data and financial records private and confidential, and to be aware of the data protection legislation.
