As a CRM Growth & Loyalty Lead, you will own the delivery of best‐in‐class customer engagement communications and lead CRM marketing, loyalty, and technical teams to improve customer value through an omni‐channel experience. You will leverage customer engagement platforms to enhance customer value and drive personalisation and conversion.

As CRM Growth & Loyalty Lead, you will:

  • Own the delivery of customer engagement communications (email, push, in‐app, loyalty, SMS, and more) to retain existing customers, increase brand loyalty, and grow customer lifetime value.
  • Lead CRM marketing, loyalty, and technical teams to leverage customer engagement platforms and improve customer value through an omni‐channel experience.
  • Embrace change as CRM & loyalty journeys become more insight and data‐led, leading to more sophisticated automations and use of predictive analytics.
  • Work alongside digital product and customer data leads to maximise value in this area, growing our known customer & loyalty database.
  • Activate loyalty campaigns for the group, leading campaigns and journeys that best reward behaviour and nudge customer frequency and value.

What you'll bring:

  • Strong experience in CRM/Loyalty.
  • Extensive experience developing and implementing customer strategies using CRM data, campaign, and automation platforms.
  • Confident facilitator and stakeholder manager, building senior relationships across a matrix organisation.
  • Significant experience working in large‐scale programmes that transform the customer experience.
  • Proven people leader and confident senior leader, experience in building high performing teams of 5+.
