As a CRM Growth Executive, you will deliver best‑in‑class customer engagement across email, push, in‑app, SMS and more, helping to retain customers, increase brand loyalty and grow customer lifetime value. Working across multiple brands, you’ll operate in a fast‑paced, creative and commercial environment where no two campaigns are the same.

Partnering closely with the CRM Growth Manager, you’ll support the evolution of CRM into a more insight‑driven, data‑led function, embracing automation, personalisation and testing to drive performance at scale.

Job Description

As CRM Growth Executive, you will…

  • Deliver engaging email, push and multi‑channel campaigns, using segmentation and targeting to reach the right audience with the right message
  • Manage end‑to‑end campaign execution – briefing, building, proofing, testing, QA and deployment across devices
  • Plan and run A/B testing and optimisation programmes to continuously improve campaign performance
  • Ensure all campaigns are compliant with GDPR and PECR requirements
  • Analyse customer behaviour to identify key lifecycle moments and trigger communications
  • Use creativity and commercial insight to plan campaigns that drive database growth and engagement
  • Work with external agencies to execute CRM campaigns to a high standard
  • Support CRM KPI setting and develop plans to achieve YOY growth targets
  • Grow and activate CRM and loyalty audiences through targeted tactics and campaigns
  • Collaborate with digital trading and UX teams to enhance the customer experience across digital channels

What you’ll bring…

  • Experience in CRM campaign delivery (email essential; push, app or SMS desirable)
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Braze (advantageous, not essential)
  • Strong campaign management skills with the ability to deliver high volumes at pace
  • Confidence working with stakeholders and managing third‑party agencies
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions and optimisation
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across digital and marketing teams
  • Good working knowledge of Excel and Microsoft tools
  • Proactive approach to identifying risks and opportunities
