As CRM Executive, you will take ownership for the planning and execution of CRM campaigns and implement test and learn plans for optimising campaign performance and improving customer KPIs. The role will focus on email communications; briefing, campaign setup, audience selection, proofing and campaign performance analysis using pre-existing templates. You will also take ownership of the development and optimisation of automated lifecycle email marketing campaigns. As we further develop our customer engagement and data strategy, you will support the delivery of new communication channels into the mix, for example app and push.
Your role as a CRM Executive involves:
- Working in conjunction with your brand partners to deliver a programme of compelling email campaigns, using your knowledge of segmentation, targeting and content creation.
- Adopting best practice techniques to brief, build, proof, test, QA and commission campaigns within the email platform at pace and to a high standard across devices.
- Championing and implementing a CRM A/B testing approach.
- Ensuring campaigns are correctly briefed and that they are GDPR/PECR compliant.
- Analysing existing customer behaviours and identifying key customer moments when CRM communications should be executed.

- Proficiency in email based campaign platforms - Braze platform experience desirable but not essential.
