Job Description
As a Commercial Marketing Manager, you will own and deliver the end-to-end development of food, drink and promotional propositions across our Premium Ventures estate, driving guest engagement, sales and profitability. You’ll work cross-functionally to transform insight into commercially compelling offers that are seamlessly executed across our pubs.
Qualifications
- Lead the development of customer-led food, drink and promotional propositions that drive spend, frequency and commercial growth.
- Translate guest, market and business insights into clear, actionable proposition strategies and briefs.
- Plan and deliver promotional activity aligned to key trading moments, maximising return on investment and customer engagement.
- Manage end-to-end activation, from concept through to in-pub execution and post-launch performance review.
- Use data, insight and EPOS systems to monitor performance, optimise activity and inform future decisions.
- Lead and develop a Commercial Marketing Executive, building a high-performing and collaborative team culture.
