This is a 12‐month fixed‐term contract.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Commercial Manager in development and implementation of all food & drink range changes, menu development projects and range trials.
  • Keep up to date with key food & drink trends in the marketplace and competitive ranges.
  • Work with key departments to ensure menu development processes and timelines are followed, and assist in preparing documents for key meetings.
  • Work with Food and Drinks teams to secure and maximise supplier income opportunities for all menus.
  • Collaborate with the Integrated Marketing team and Marketing Managers to support food & drink campaigns and launches.
  • Act as the key point of contact for all commercial marketing related queries and maintain a core understanding of all brand propositions.
  • Support food & drink benchmarking and auditing processes and help develop procedures and training to improve delivery for customers.
  • Provide commercial analysis to supply key data for menu development – volumes, margin, spend – and support trials to test and learn.
  • Serve as an ambassador for the Destination Brands Commercial Team, keeping the customer, their behaviour and key market trends at the heart of food and drink development.
