As a Commercial Analyst, you will help shape the commercial direction of our drinks portfolio through insight-led decision making, supporting pricing, product and promotional strategies across Pub Partners. You’ll work closely with commercial, marketing and supply chain teams, turning complex data into clear recommendations that drive profitable growth.

As a Commercial Analyst, you will…

  • Own analysis across the drinks portfolio, supporting product launches, range reviews and lifecycle profitability decisions.
  • Lead pricing analysis and governance, using competitor insight and elasticity modelling to inform pricing strategy.
  • Deliver clear commercial performance insights on margin, throughput and category performance to influence planning decisions.
  • Partner with Marketing and Category teams to evaluate promotions, modelling ROI and supporting joint business plans with suppliers.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI and advanced Excel to track key commercial KPIs.

What you’ll bring…

  • Strong commercial acumen with a clear understanding of P&L drivers, pricing and margin management.
  • Advanced analytical skills, including financial modelling, scenario analysis and data interpretation.
  • Experience influencing stakeholders across commercial, marketing, supply chain or finance teams.
  • Confidence translating complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior audiences.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, matrix environment with multiple priorities.
