As a Campaign Performance Manager you will provide robust data analysis and insight into campaign performance (propositions, brand & integrated marketing) making recommendations which drive informed decision making for our Green King Pubs Brands. Your role as Campaign Performance Manager:

  • In line with an 18-month campaign calendar, provide strategic insight on campaign performance which informs quarterly / 6 monthly plan reviews.
  • Consolidate and analyse data from various channels (digital, social, email, customer and traditional media) and evaluate individual campaign performance across brands / formats - capture performance vs brief, business case, market etc.
  • Review campaign performance vs group objectives / KPIs and alignment with individual campaign KPIs (alignment between Marketing strategy map and front line performance).
  • Use performance data to provide actionable insights and make brand led recommendations which inform future campaign design and execution specifically improving brand health, ROI, conversion rates, and customer engagement.
  • Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of different marketing channels and tactics to drive stronger campaign performance.
  • Benchmark divisional performance against brands / other divisions, sharing best practices and learnings across the group.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of propositions e.g. new dishes / menus / pricing based on financial, customer and marketing performance data.

What you'll bring:

  • Previous Data analysis and insight experience.
  • Ability to distil complex performance data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Ability to consolidate large volumes of data into succinct stories.
  • Experience using Excel to an advanced level, previous experience using Google Analytics and Power BI would be advantageous.
