Job Description
As a Business Analyst (Core), you will deliver the business analysis activity required across various initiatives to ensure every Greene King project is successfully delivered and work closely with the business in defining requirements and helping identify, design, and implement new processes, data flows, and solutions to meet the project objectives.
Qualifications
As Business Analyst (Core), you will…
- Execute business analysis activity as required for a varied set of projects and continuous improvement workstreams
- Understand business objectives and ambitions and validate business requirements from a wide range of stakeholders using appropriate business analysis techniques
- Capture and validate business requirements and use cases from a wide range of stakeholders for projects, initiatives, and enhancements, using appropriate business analysis techniques
- Work closely with the Projects, Architecture, Development, and Test teams as part of the delivery of change
- Accurately document business requirements, data flows, data transformations, processes (\’as is\’ and \’to be\’)

- Experience of managing IT business analysis activity in a fast-paced environment with multiple demands
- Ability to identify and resolve issues and recommend process improvement opportunities
