The Purchase to Pay Advisor will ensure queries relating to payments and invoices from suppliers and colleagues are responded to in a timely manner providing a high level of customer service at all times.

Qualifications

Your role as Purchase to Pay Advisor:

  • Deal with email, post and phone queries related to P2P issues, payments, invoice processing etc. within a 48 working hour Service Level Agreement.
  • Build excellent customer relationships with all levels of the business and suppliers.
  • Oversee the company’s processes (orders, invoices, payments).
  • Find if/where the process has failed and help to identify the necessary steps to prevent future failings.
  • Reconcile supplier statements.
  • Ad hoc tasks as requested.
